Gin Lane is a fairly new product - it is a classic London Dry Gin that is perfect for the winter season. The liquor is pink in color due strictly from the bitters, there are no artificial colors or flavors involved in its composition.
I decided to give the gin a try. After doing some research, I found that there are many recipes for gin based cocktails. I decided to make the Apple Cider Gin Fizz - it was so delicious and easy to make!
2 oz of Victoria Pink Gin
1 oz of apple cider
1.2 oz of brown sugar simple syrup
1 egg white
dash of half and half
Cinnamon sugar for Glass rim
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Rm glass with cinnamon sugar. Place first five ingredients in shaker, shake vigorously for a couple of minutes, pour into glass and top off with glib soda. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
